Flora y fauna del clima polar:

Polar landscapes are charecterized by ice and snow. Vegetation is unatable to grow because the subsoil is almost frozen. Only a few animals, such as seals and penguins, can live in such low temperatures.

However, there is a short summer in the areas near the temperatures zones when the ice melts. These areas have tundra landscapes of moss, lichens and small trees. The tundra is home to animals such as reindeer, foxes and wolves.
